Notice of Adoption of Resolution, Subject to Permissive Referendum, Providing That the Town Expend Reserve Funds For the Purchase of a Computer System

 Notice is Hereby Given that the Town Board of the Town of Prattsburgh, County of Steuben, State of New York at a duly scheduled meeting thereof held on the 16th day of August, 2010, duly adopted a resolution providing that the Town Supervisor is authorized to expend monies from the “Town Equipment” reserve fund for the acquisition of a computer system for maintenance of assessment and tax rolls for the Town, in the maximum amount of $2,600.00.

 This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the applicable provisions of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and is subject to permissive referendum as that process is prescribed pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law.
